Happy 32nd Birthday Brian!

110,000 people at the game. It was a record breaker!
Us in our Michigan gear! It was about 40 degrees!!

We celebrated Brian's birthday on Saturday. We woke up and he opened a few presents and then went out to Cracker Barrel (his fave breakfast spot). The kids are cute, they love eating out. It had been a few months since we had gone out to breakfast so it was a real treat! Then at around noon we left the kiddos with a babysitter for a whopping 10 HOURS and headed to State College to see Michigan play LIVE! Brian is a major Michigan fan and has never seen them live. He did say that he had a better view on his HD tv but you know it's a whole different experience. It was especially fun for me because I get interupted when I try to get involved in a game. Brian always wants me to be into it but as soon as I figure out who has the ball one of the children need me. Anyway, I loved going to the game. Michigan unfortantely lost but it was still fun. One of the attendings Brian works with gave him the tickets. It was such a treat! We were sitting amongst some pretty hard core PSU fans! They didn't like us too much! Especially when we screamed. One of the older men sitting by us said "oh no we've got screamers" right after we were rooting for Michigan. His wife said "oh we have really really bad people sitting behind us."When we left they were all like goodbye it's been nice having you-HAHA. They were rubbing it in that we had lost. Michigan hadn't lost to them in like 10 years so they were loving it! Anyway, it was a really fun day and it was such a great coincidence that Michigan was playing here in PA on Brian's Bday!

There is nothing like going to a live football game. We've only done pro so far, but Dwight is dying to go to a PSU game.
We've gotten some looks because of our navy blue van with a big nittany lion sticker. We are in Duke/UNC country! Go Penn State ;)
