Ok finally our Bedroom is finished. Now, it's on to the next project...the toy room! Why can't I ever just be done???? I guess it's because I secretly love it. It really is crazy how happy it makes me to decorate. Probably because it includes so much shopping!

Brian's days off
Brian took a few vacation days this last weekend. We had a great time. On Friday we went to the Strasburg Railroad and took a little trip around the beautiful Amish country on a old fashioned train. Then on Saturday Brian spent ALL day setting up a new 72 inch HDTV (which, by the way he loves looking at). I really don't understand the TV purchase because he doesn't have time to EVER watch TV. I did notice though how happy it has made him even if all he does is look at it. I was waiting in his truck when he wheeled it out of Sams Club and there were a bunch of guys outside of Sams Club and they started clapping. What is with boys and there TV's! Then on Sunday we rested (of course)! Monday morning Brian went and rented a huge 18 foot ladder and hung a new chandelier for me and then in the afternoon we took the kids (minus Ben) to Hershey Park for our annual Hershey Park day. It was great because Ben stayed home and we all four got to ride the roller coasters together. Little Brian was so brave. He went on the scariest roller coasters. You could tell he hated it and loved it all at the same time!
Little Baby Bunnies in our yard.
A few weeks ago Brian heard some little squeals around one of our trees as he was weed whacking. He discovered a bunch of little baby bunnies. The kids enjoyed peeking at them every few days. About a week ago they left and hopefully found a new home. Little Brian probably scared them off. Let's just say they are probably in a safer place now!
Baltimore Trip
PF Changs. YUMMY! We don't have a lot of decent restaraunts in Harrisburg so whenever we get out of town we have to go to our favorites. The kids had fun with the kid friendly chopsticks.
A few weeks ago Brian had a conference in Baltimore. We went down there for one night and stayed with him in his VERY nice and free hotel room! It was really fun despite the craziness. When Brian got done with his conference and came up to the room he discovered that we had totally moved in! He had been staying there for a couple days all by himself and then he walked in to utter choas. I can't believe our little family already needs two hotel rooms. We decided when Brian's out of residency we will definanlty be getting two rooms at hotels: one for the adults and one for the kids!
NYC
Ben loves, loves, loved Uncle Keith.
Gettysburg and DC
Wow! We had such a great time. Mom and Keith flew to Indiana to Jenna's and then they all made the 9 hour trek here to see us. They stayed for a week and it was the best. We did a lot of sight seeing because we had Keith and we didn't want him to get bored! In one weeks time we went to Gettysburg, Washington DC, New York City, and of course CHOCOLATE WORLD! We really are going to miss Keith when he leaves for his mission in about a month! He kept us all laughing the entire trip.

My sweet little Ben
OK today was a very crazy day! Actually it all started last night. Brian is gone for to a conference and I usually try to do something fun with girlfriends when he is out of town so I went out to Mama Mia and to dinner with Mary and Suzy (great movie, by the way). Anyway, when I got home I was asking the babysitter all the usual questions. How were the kids? Did they go to bed ok? Did Ben cry a lot? I got all the usual answers except when I asked if Ben cried a lot and the babysitter responded no and then Brianna was like "well what about the time that Brian was running and holding Ben and dropped him." Anyway, to make a long story short when he woke up this morning he was dragging his leg and he wouldn't stand. He was also a little cranky too. It was frusturating though because the one day that we need Brian's expertise he is not home!!!! I was really feeling like it was just bruised muscle. I called Brian and he made a few calls and we took him in to get xray'd and sure enough he has a tibial fracture and his leg had to be casted. It is the sadest thing to see him try to get around with this huge, heavy cast! Brian is very anxious to see Ben and see the xrays and see the cast. Anyway, we got treated very well and Ben was taken care of perfectly! There must have been 20 people in the room when he was getting his cast put on. It will be strange for Brian when at morning report on Monday they go over all the xrays for the weekend and discuss them and one of them is Benjamin's. I'm sure we will post more pics of him over the next few weeks with this crazy cast!
