Jenna is the cutest mommy

I had the awesome opportunity to go visit Jenna and my mom ( who was visiting her) in Indiana a few weeks ago. It was fabulous because my wonderful friends watched the kids so it was just me in my big suburban! CRAZY! It really was fun. We just hung out and talked and laughed ( ate and then made up for it with running too, just not Jenna, well or my mom haha). One of the highlights was going for a girls night out to Momma Carolla's...Jenna is such a trooper The last two days my mom and I decorated the nursery, which was really fun. I made the bassinet that Macy is in and brought it for Jenna. I guess I should clarify...I bought the bassinet at an antique store and it was all junky and I diva'd it all up for Macy. Jenna is such a great mom. She is so natural at it. We are so grateful that Baby Macy has joined our family!! The best part was stealing my mom from Jenna for a few days and having her drive back with me. Thanks mom! That was so fun!

Boxing Family Night

Our little family loves to box! It's been a favorite ever since we experienced it with Alison and Kyle. It's always a great laugh and a great workout. The kids especially love to see Brian and I box...don't laugh, it's good marriage therapy! Of course, he can totally knock me down in one shot.

Good bye Phui's

It just not fair that Lauren had to make us endure this looooong pregnancy with her, and then move that cute little baby to California! A day hasn't gone by since Khoung and Lauren left that I haven't thought about them. They were some of our closest friends. Brian's pouting and refusing to go to Basketball on Wednesday night now that K is not here. Our first Sunday in the Harrisburg ward was their first also. Through the years we have had so much fun together. Lauren will always be considered one of my closest friends. She is such a relaxed, casual, generous, and fun person. She was a HUGE blessing to me when I was YW president and she was one of my counselors. I honestly could not have done it with out her. Ok, I'm going to stop now because she doesn't like this kind of talk, I know. Lauren, I love you and MISS you tons! Can't wait for our shopping excursions in Mesa, when I move back!

The snow is sooo fun

Snow can be a lot of fun. However, when Brian has to be at the hospital at 530am and we are completely snowed in that is another story. Our streets are the last the get plowed everytime!! How cute is my husband in his scrubs and snow suit. What a dedicated man! So, this is the not so fun part. He comes in at 545 am and wakes me up and says "get up, my truck is stuck and I need you to help dig it out so I can get to work." I totally thought he was joking! He wasn't! His 4x4 was stuck at the end of the street. I am a girly girl and don't even own a snow suit ( I know you good moms are finding this hard to believe, haha). Anyway, I put on his jogging pants and hiked down the street in hip deep snow. We got it out, eventually! We can't wait for spring! We've had a ton of snow this year!

As sad as everyone is that Bart and Randi have moved to N Carolina, it does mean we are closer to them. It only took about 8 hours to drive to their place. I feel so lucky that I now have 2 siblings in driving distance from my house. Who would have thought? My mom is probably reading this and crying but it sure feels good to have family a little closer. Even though, we are going to be moving in a year and a few months. We had the best time with them! The kids all played really good! We went out almost every night to dinner, as couples. Thanks, to Reagen the live in babysitter :) I've got to get me one of those haha!

Randi surprised me with this cute apron. It is called the little black dress apron. It came with a necklace and all. It's so cute that I hung it in my kitchen!
